Lockheed Martin Software Engineer Sr in Fort Worth, Texas

Description: This Lockheed Martin (LM) Enterprise Business Services (EBS) position involves the support of Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) software supporting multiple facets of the LM Aeronautics business.

The position will be a member of the Aeronautics Production Operations Development team and participate in full lifecycle software development as part of a 3-8 person scrum team utilizing state of the art technologies, methodologies, and processes. This position involves developing and maintaining the RFID competency within Lockheed Martin. This support person will gain experience in RFID systems of both passive and active technology including future technology deployments such as blue tooth and GPS.

Candidates should also demonstrate strong problem solving and communication skills and be able to apply them through interactions with stakeholders to understand business needs, as well as, communicate with management, team leads, and team members to coordinate work assignments, report on progress, and identify risks and opportunities.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

-Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain applications which support key Aeronautics Programs and Functional Organizations

-Develop web services

-Develop code which interacts with relational databases (e.g. SQLServer, Oracle)

-Develop web application user interfaces which support multiple platforms including mobile platforms

The work location for this position will be in Fort Worth, Texas.

This position requires U.S. Citizenship

Desired Skills: Experience with Enterprise Service Buss (ESB) – FUSE

Experience with Agile process methodology

Experience with HTML5 (HTML Java script, CSS, AngularJS)

Experience with Source Control (Visual Studio, Eclipse, GIT or TFS Source Control)

Experience with standard security policies

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

5 years software development experience commensurate with familiarity in web technologies, C#, C++, .NET or Java.

Demonstrated experience in Windows and Linux/Unix environments

Demonstrated experience with Web Service (REST, SOAP)

Demonstrated experience with Web Application Servers

Demonstrated experience with Unix Shell scripting

Demonstrated experience with databases (Oracle, MS SQL Server, other SQL)
