Lockheed Martin Senior Program Planner in Fort Worth, Texas

Description: Responsible for developing and accurately maintaining detailed level schedules used to support the Integrated fight Group (IFG). Provide technical assistance i development, deployment, and implementation of processes, training, and tools in support of the Program Planning discipline and resolving schedule conflicts. Must be able to understand change management concepts and be able to incorporated approved changes into detail level schedules. Demonstrate required interpersonal skills to work in a team environment. Possess ability to prepare status reports and metrics and make presentations as required. must be outgoing, energetic, self-starter and have a Program Planning and Scheduling (PP&S) hands on experience.

Must be a US Citizen. This position is located at a facility that requires special access. Selected applicant will not require a secret clearance to begin employment, but will be submitted for a secret clearance afterwards.

Desired Skills: Experience in the application of integrated cost/schedule techniques

Experience with Deltek Open Plan

Experience performing Probabilistic Schedule Risk Assessments

Proposal development

Experience with DCMA surveillance audits

MS Office Suite including Excel and Power Point

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

Solid written and verbal communication/interpersonal skills

Ability to work in a team environment

Ability to handle change in a dynamic environment

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelors degree from an accredited college with 6 years related experience or 4 years related experience with a Master's degree.

Experience with Program Planning

Experience with Earned Value Management

Experience with Critical Path Methodology

Experience in Microsoft Project, Open Plan, P6, or other planning tools

Experience with ANSI/EIA-748 (EVMS Guidelines)
