Lockheed Martin Project Engineering Sr Stf in Fort Worth, Texas

Description: The applicant will support the overarching Sustainment Business Unit strategic vision, and work closely with the Sustainment PM team, aligning engineering, and program office plans turning them into clearly defined executable project plans. As a result, the candidate will need to engage with multiple F-35 engineering disciplines and levels (from E1s to VPs), as well as multiple program managers across F-35. The position will require the entrant to integrate between varying engineering IPTs, JPO, and other LM functions; plan and formulate engineering program reviews, product design for compliance with engineering principles, company standards, customer contract requirements, and related specifications. The candidate must be a demonstrated self-starter and will need to work independently with minimal oversight and direction. They will need to work independently to find innovative solutions to overcome recurring obstacles and status those solutions to leadership, and customers. Convey capabilities, influence others in data driven manner, and create standard sustainment processes, and procedures. Identify, and create Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Monitors, maintains, analyzes, and reports that illustrate Engineering performance to business plan targets.

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in an Engineering or Technically related field

Desired Skills:

Systems, Aerospace, Project Engineering, or Program Management, Configuration Management, Earned Value Management Experience

Good communication skills preferred, as position requires interfacing with internal, and external customers to report technical, and scheduling status.

Experience with Contracts, Proposals, Supplier Chain Management, and Earned Value Management

Strong interpersonal and organizational skills, as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Familiarity with MS Project or other scheduling tools
