Lockheed Martin Program Integrator Senior in Fort Worth, Texas
Description: Selected candidate will assist with program development of a new special project and the eventual day to day program management of an activity within ADP operating at the Fort Worth, Palmdale, and Marietta sites. Areas of support include monitoring and tracking progress in multiple areas of program setup and execution, driving to closure new process innovation, properly equipping new personnel, assessing cost savings initiatives, generating program development status for ADP ISR executive and senior leadership, and assisting with special projects as assigned.
The successful candidate will be able to effectively assess various needs of a 300+ person organization proactively and respond to operational issues before they become crises.
This position will work closely with Engineering staffing coordinators to ensure new personnel are onboarded effectively, and ensure new personnel are not charging excessively to overhead labor accounts. Close coordination with Facilities for the development of new program spaces, as well as Security, is required. The position will also work together with IT to ensure hardware and software requirements are integrated and delivered in a timely fashion to the program team.
The selected candidate will have a strong established network in at least one of the ADP Palmdale, Fort Worth, and Marietta sites (and be willing to strengthen them), and be fluent with HR, IS&T, SCM, and Facilities processes in Aeronautics.
Applicant selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information and special program clearances. For this particular position, an active DOD Secret security clearance with background investigation in the last five years is required.

Experience with the ADP program life cycle
Experience using Microsoft Office products to analyze data for program progress
Experience working with multiple functional areas such as IS&T, SCM, HR, Facilities or Security
Advanced skills in Microsoft Office products
Database application and development
Ability to optimize work flow to suggest new processes
