Lockheed Martin Hardware Engineer Associate in Fort Worth, Texas

Description: Experienced engineer responsible for design, procurement, fabrication, and integration of aircraft simulation systems in support of Advanced Development Programs while reporting to the Labs & Technical Services organization.

Candidate will be responsible for the development and execution of multiple high fidelity lab environments to simulate aircraft avionics systems. Candidate will participate in the Hardware design lifecycle for HW products, estimates, processes, and provide support to meet cost, schedule, and technical objectives. Candidate will develop electrical schematics, oversee fabrication of avionics equipment and racks, participate in troubleshooting/problem solving during integration, and ensure collaborative support across Hardware design, system admin, operations, and build team personnel.

Must be a US Citizen or legally authorized to work in US as a permanent resident. This position is located at a facility that requires special access.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in an engineering or technical discipline such as electrical, mechanical, test, systems integration, or another related discipline.

Knowledge of electrical engineering design principles, tools, and processes.
