Lockheed Martin Business Operations Analyst Staff in Fort Worth, Texas

Candidate will assume the duties of Deputy - New Business Funds (NBF) FAR Compliance Office.

Responsibilities consist of Conducting FAR compliance reviews on all NBF projects and related purchases (as required) that are planned and executed throughout the year to ensure that the source of funding identified matches the description of the tasks to be performed; Manage the Aeronautics inputs for the government-required IR&D reporting (DTIC), work with LMC (Lockheed Martin Company) to annually report the projects, and coordinate and publish the annual IR&D Technology Brochure; Review new business pursuits and support those that require NBF Disclosures by preparing the disclosure document to be included in the proposal; Conduct NBF FAR Compliance Training courses at Marietta, Palmdale and Fort Worth to educate employees participating on NBF projects on correctly characterizing and charging NBF; Chair the Intellectual Property Review Board.

This will include reviewing, assigning subject matter experts for review, and rendering an opinion on patent disclosures, reviewing patent annuities, and attending board meetings; Be the NBF liaison in any corporate programs requiring NBF Management involvement.

Candidate will also perform special assignments as necessary in support of the Director of Strategic Business Operations.

Basic Qualifications Minimum 5 years Project Management, Supervisory or Lead experience within the Aerospace Industry

Bachelor’s Degree in a related discipline

Desired skills MBA and/or equivalent experience

Experience in working on or managing Contracted Research and Development projects or New Business Funds projects
