Offensive Cyber Operations Planner

Key Role:

Apply broad knowledge of analyzing or advocating Cyberspace plans, strategies, and policies to support and align with organizational Cyberspace missions and initiatives. Advise on conducting strategic, operational, and tactical level planning for Cyber operations. Analyze Cyberspace workforce plans, strategies, and guidance to support Cyberspace workforce manpower, personnel, training, and education requirements. Provide work leadership to junior employees, as needed.

Basic Qualifications:

-2 years of experience with offensive Cyberspace operations and planning

-2 years of experience with the military planning process

-Experience with developing CONOPs and procedures

-Experience with the planning peculiarities of technical operations

-Knowledge of the capabilities available for employment and capabilities of various infrastructures

-TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph

-BS degree and 3 years of experience with military Cyberspace operations or 10 years of experience with military Cyberspace operations in lieu of a Bachelor’s degree

Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required.
