The Challenge:

What if you could use those project analysis skills to make a difference in the DoD? We have an opportunity for a project analyst to join our team as we deploy weapons solution to support the DoD.

On our team, you’ll monitor cost, schedule, and performance using a variety of tools and regular interactions customers. The real power of project analysis comes from communication, so you’ll create updates and make experience based recommendations for improvement to project leadership. We focus on growing as a team, so you’ll share your expertise with other analysts through leadership and mentoring. This is a chance to use your analysis skills while expanding your project management experience. You Have:

-Experience with supporting program level business operations and government official travel coordination, including maintaining and tracking arrangements and travel financial reporting and creating travel authorizations in both commercial and government systems to acquire the appropriate authorization

-Experience with compiling travel requests and obtaining travel approvals, compiling trip reports and performs initial review of travel expense reports, supporting the management of the travel documentation processes for all CONUS and OCONUS travel, and compiling and submitting monthly invoices for cumulative travel costs by CLIN IAW FTR, JTR, and DSSR reimbursement guidance

-Ability to track of deployment requirements and pre-deployment processing coordination.

-Secret clearance required

-AA or AS degree and 5 years of experience with supporting travel for a government agency or DoD

Nice If You Have:

-Defense Travel Service (DTS) certification

Clearance:Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.
