Sharepoint Developer

Key Role:

Provide daily hands-on tactical leadership to the software development team, including overseeing the team’s operations and processes, championing and modeling software quality and craftsmanship, and updating stakeholders on progress. Help the development team manage expectations, build and communicate realistic plans, and continuously improve. Support program and project managers, provide second-level management of technical delivery staff, and have a role in hiring and training staff.

Basic Qualifications:

-5 years of experience with working in SharePoint development positions

-Experience with managing SharePoint features, site templates and customization of search in SharePoint portal based on organization requirements, Custom Web Parts, Web Services, Custom Workflows. Proficient in JavaScript, C#, and MVC

-Ability to support SharePoint development, maintenance, and sustainment.

-Ability to capture and document technical and operational requirements for the SharePoint team

-Ability to develop software applications based on requirements

-Secret clearance required

-BA or BS degree in CS, Computer Engineering, or IT

Additional Qualifications:

-MA or MS degree

-Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert in SharePoint
