Requirements Analyst

Key Role:

Develop stakeholder relationships and apply advanced capability knowledge. Identify stakeholders’ business and system requirements and translate and decompose those needs into actionable software requirements, test criteria, and scenarios. Manage multiple tasks and small groups of teams. Assist the requirements manager with the development of the organization’s operational needs.

Basic Qualifications:

-Experience as a requirements analyst

-Experience with defining, simplifying, or translating business requirements

-Experience with identifying high priority operational requirements based on operational needs

-Experience with briefing senior leadership and clients

-Ability to work in a highly dynamic, fast-paced environment with aggressive project timelines and continual client delivery

-Ability to work in a team-oriented, inclusive, and very collaborative work environment and work with the team to achieve consensus

-Ability to grasp new concepts quickly, comprehend the intent of a client’s needs, and help to shape and form the solution by leveraging team capabilities

-Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize appropriately

-Secret clearance

-BA or BS degree
