CVS Health Application Developer – Advisor in Florham Park, New Jersey
We are looking for an Oracle forms and pl/sql Developer responsible for the client side of our application. Your primary focus will be to develop functionality and features in a specialty pharmacy system, with a focus on performance, reliability, and maintainability. You will work in a fast paced environment for a growing business. You will work in a team with back-end developers supporting all phases of the pharmacy business. A thorough understanding of all of the components of application development and infrastructure is required.
Delivering a complete application that will be used by technicians, pharmacists and staff to process prescriptions and related activities.
Ensuring high performance on desktop applications
Writing tested, idiomatic, and documented Oracle pl/sql and/or Oracle forms.
5+ years of IT experience including a combination of the following:
Experience with Oracle 11g or 12c pl/sql
Experience creating functions, procedures and packages.
Experience designing, troubleshooting, and tuning pl/sql and sql queries for performance
Experience working with JAVA API with Oracle is preferred.
Experience in health care or pharmacy related industries is preferred.
Familiarity with Toad and/or SQL Developer tools
Verifiable bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required. Will accept one year experience for every year of college not attained in addition to required years of experience. Degree in Computer Science strongly preferred.
