Health Project Administrator, Mid

Key Role:

Provide project management and operations support to a high-profile DoD client, including supporting a test and evaluation (T&E) team. Provide direct support to the T&E team and coordinate and manage the priorities, activities, and workflows of the project support team. Maintain responsibility for analyzing the development of executive briefings, compiling program management reports, coordinating contract data requirements list (CDRL) reviews and program risk management, and managing an integrated master schedule (IMS). Perform action item collection and monitoring, develop standard tracking and reporting tools for effective program management, and support a variety of special projects, as assigned. Facilitate and support client meetings.

Basic Qualifications:

-5+ years of experience in a professional work environment

-Experience with Microsoft Outlook

-Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio

-Knowledge of DoD acquisitions

-Knowledge of the software development life cycle (SDLC)

-Ability to obtain a security clearance

-BA or BS degree

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience with the DoD preferred

-Experience with healthcare, including civil or military preferred

-Ability to juggle multiple priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

-Ability to pay strict attention to detail

-Ability to work and communicate with remote clients and team members effectively

-Secret clearance

-MA or MS degree
