Sodexo, a world leader in quality of life services, is seeking a Senior Recruiter, Facilities Management to join our award winning Talent Acquisition Group. As a senior recruiting professional, you will source and recruit operational leaders and managers into the facilities management services business line. As a talent advisor, you will partner with hiring managers and operational leaders learning their business objectives, growth strategies and hiring needs and provide insight into the talent market influencing with data and leveraging game changing recruiting technology.

This position will work virtually in a home based office preferably in either the Pacific or Mountain time zones.

Responsibilities

  • Be a Talent Advisor

  • Work closely with all hiring managers to execute recruiting process

  • Source, screen and engage passive and active candidates

  • Utilize innovative sourcing techniques and strategies to find, connect and recruit top talent

  • Cultivate a robust network of potential candidates through pro-active market research, events and on-going relationship management

  • Utilize the ATS system, iCIMS, enable managers and employees to use it efficiently

  • Strategically utilize our Candidate Relationship Management tool, Avature, to source and pipeline for current and future opportunities

Skills and Experience

  • You must love talking to people and find satisfaction in matching someone to the perfect role

  • 5+ years of full cycle recruiting experience with a solid track record of success in sourcing, engaging and placing candidates, preferably within facilities management industry

  • An active and updated network to tap into and continue to build upon

  • Proven ability to find the best and brightest talent and convince them to join the team

  • Work with a strong sense of urgency with the goal to fill every open position with the best person, not just any person

Position Summary

Handles all aspects of the recruiting process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and recommending candidates for placement in exempt and nonexempt positions. May recruit some executive level employees. May be involved in some college and professional/technical recruiting. Administers entire employment process including Career Center, testing, references, offer letters, etc. May assist line managers with the placement of employment advertising and related duties. Develops and implements hiring forecast for assigned area. May travel extensively. May supervise one or more Recruiters.

Qualifications & Requirements

Basic Education Requirement - Associate's Degree

Basic Functional Experience - 2 years of experience in positions that include recruiting and filling positions
