Bank of America Sr Credit Products Manager in Dallas, Texas
CREBSenior Credit Products Executive (SCPM) leads a team of commercial real estate credit associates covering a defined geographic market within Commercial Real Estate Banking (CREB). The SCPM partners closely with client management,credit risk management, CREB portfolio management, global technology and operations, and syndicated capital markets to drive client, market and portfolio strategy and deliver credit solutions to our clients and prospects. The SCPM manages a team of Credit Officers (CO) and Underwriters (U). Depending on loan complexity and total risk exposure, the SCPM provides joinder approval of credit transactions along with credit risk.
Successfulcandidates will possess functional expertise and will have demonstrated strong performance with a focus on collaboration, driving operational excellence and the ability to influence leaders, peers and clients. Additional focus on operational excellence and efforts to improve and streamline end to end processes within CREB and Wholesale Credit
Functional Role Description:
•Approve the structure and pricing of loans and other credit products.
•Manage the underwriting and credit approval processes.
•Responsible for a large and diverse client portfolio.
•Effectively lead a large team of experienced and seasoned credit professionals.
•Recruit, develop, and retain both junior and seasoned talent.
•15+years experience within a financialinstitution with proven leadership abilities.
•Knowledgeof the primary functions of the Commercial Real Estate Banking teams at Bank of America
•Familiarity with core banking products
•Understanding of the regulations that govern CRElending
•Solid experience in financial analysis, structuring, underwriting and portfolio management, strong communication and analytical/technical skills, including financial accounting, modeling and loan structuring.
•Maintains knowledge of otherBofAMLproducts including Investment Banking, Interest Rate Hedging, and Treasury Management that have credit exposure, and leverages product expertise to deliver the best possible and optimally integrated strategic solution for the client or prospect.
•Demonstrates strong business and financialacumen, whileacting ethically and responsibly at alltimes
•Ensures self and others maintain a strong focus on client needs
•Manages client relationships in a manner that makes it easier to do business with our company
•Leads the delivery of practical, innovative solutions to clients that meet their individual needs
