Responsible for developing and implementing the overall sales and service strategy for an assigned customer, business segment, and/or product in an aligned market. Directly responsible for leading a team of professionals focused on attaining membership and profitability targets.

Fundamental Components:

Responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive business plans to attain membership and profitability targets.

Serves as consultant on market intelligence and drives benefit and product updates to be delivered through product organization.

Gathers data on market position and monitors competitive standing.

Identifies service needs and issues in order to develop and implement strategies to address and improve service to customers. Partners with internal sales management to consistently deliver excellent customer service.

Drives communication and rollout of key initiatives.

Supports market-specific initiatives impacting growth.

Develops and maintains strong business partnerships with customers.

Recruits, attracts, and retains a diverse workforce and engages and develops them through mentoring, coaching, and making tools and resources available.


10+ years sales and/or account management experience.


The highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.


Insurance/Group One License is desired

Telework Specifications:

Part-time or full-time Telework. Training period in the office may be required.
