As a Product Manager within our Digital MinuteClinic team, you will focus on providing access to high-quality healthcare more convenient and more affordable for patients nationwide. By working closely with colleagues across the MinuteClinic and Digital organizations to help define the digital roadmap to address patient needs and drive innovation in healthcare. Specific areas of responsibility will span all aspects of the product lifecycle, including but not limited to, user stories, customer journeys (i.e. use cases), project execution, user acceptance testing, operational and go to market planning, testing, tracking of results, monitoring of operational issues, and subsequent phases/enhancements/optimization. This individual will work closely with external vendors, as well as internal partners spanning multiple business units including IT (Digital + MinuteClinic), Legal/Compliance and Marketing. Equally important is the collaboration with key stakeholders within the Digital team, especially Analytics, Mobile, UX and Product Support.

• Prioritize and support multiple projects and work streams to ensure viable products are built and manage a roadmap of future enhancements
• Partner closely with key stakeholders with cross-functional partners including clinical experts, IT, UX, analytics, product support
• Ensure end to end quality and non-functional performance of all aspects of the digital experiences
• Apply customer mindset in defining, building and prototyping new digital tools and experiences to support the CVS Health customer
• Use critical communication skills and business reporting effectively, both verbally and on paper, to influence and partner with internal and external partners to drive digital and total enterprise value for CVS
• Lead the planning and execution of key digital strategic initiatives with ownership of timelines and delivery of high quality experiences
• Anticipate bottlenecks, make tradeoffs, balance the business needs versus technical and operational constraints while continuously improving customer insights and ask key questions to inform the shape of digital experiences
Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 5+ years of experience in product development or management within a digital setting, (ideally using agile development methods) and/or health care capacity.
3+ years of experience utilizing analytical and quantitative skills, including the ability to link product design and features to strategic objectives and use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions and recommendations.
2+ years of project management experience specifically leading, collaborating, exemplifying interpersonal and leadership qualities with excellent written, verbal and PowerPoint presentation skills to a variety of internal and external audiences in a professional setting.
2+years of experience with problem solving, issue-resolution, experience working in a deadline-driven work environment, attention to detail, and ability to multitask competing priorities.
Experience with both Agile and Lean development methodologies
Customer first mindset with demonstrated ability to understand and act on customer insight data
Process and execution oriented with a strong interest in accelerating ideas from conception to market
Technology savvy with an eye for continually improving customer journey experience
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to concisely and effectively convey your rationale and needed actions to engage diverse audiences and influence senior executives
Deep passion for Digital and how new offerings and capabilities can meaningfully drive engagement, empowerment, and the overall consumer experience
Verifiable High School Diploma or GED
