JPMorgan Chase Software Delivery Manager in Columbus, Ohio

This is a Software Developer Manager role for a new Development in in Columbus Ohio. The manager will start immediately managing an Agile team in Wilmington Delaware and hiring a team to be onsite in Columbus. Once the Agile team is hired in Columbus the manager expand to manage one or more teams located in Wilmington Delaware.
The teams this manager will manage are part of an 16-team application developer team who all support a Core Credit Card Processing Platform with locations in Columbus OH, Wilmington DE, Mumbai India, and Hyderabad India. This platform is one of the largest and most critical applications at JP Morgan Chase.
Minimum of five years of software development experience
Minimum of one year management of Agile teams
Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to present information in differing degrees of detail and form depending on the audience
Strong organizational and prioritization skills
Ability to multi-task and deliver to a tight deadline
Self-starter who enjoys working in a fast-paced and demanding environment
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with people at all levels across all functions
Ability to work in a highly collaborative and matrixed environment to build consensus
Proven ability to build strong partnerships with colleagues, desire to learn quickly, be flexible and think strategically
Experience identifying strategic improvements and delivering measurable change
Experience in dealing with teams across the firm
