As a Senior Business Systems Analyst you will have the following duties:
Serve as a primary point of contact to the business product owner to elicit requirements
Act as a liaison between the lines of business and the development team
Analyze Business Requirements to understand the business needs and to determine how our applications can best functionally fulfill those needs
Combine knowledge of what the business wants with knowledge of how the systems are built and used to develop story cards and acceptance criteria
Work with the development tech lead to identify technical story cards required to support desired functionality
Support the agile team in requirement clarifications
Responsible for assigning and reviewing work and mentoring less experienced BA team members
7+ years of experience in a business analyst role
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
Experience working within an agile team
Experience with Agile tools and technologies (Scrum, JIRA, Confluence)
Strong technical analysis and problem solving skills with a structured approach
Strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast paced environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong negotiation skills
Ability to think globally
