Key Responsibilities

The Senior Presentation Specialist will utilize graphic design tools and software to develop and create custom PowerPoint (PPT) presentations and frequently use templates as part of a content library to convey critical messages around the CTO transformation agenda underway. The candidate should be passionate about communicating complex ideas in a visually compelling way. The primary responsibility is to be a good storyteller, able to incorporate the design strategy via PPT. Key activities include:

  • Design and prepare engaging presentations with compelling content and visuals

  • Collaborate across the enterprise with the Global Technology leadership team and subject matter experts to shape messaging and PPT storyboard

  • Own the process of design from concept to completion, including proofing for accuracy and adherence to brand style guides

  • Follow quality control measures including standard operating procedures (SOPs) and internal reviews

  • Develop compelling and provocative visual presentation design that gets attention

  • Synthesize on-trend design thinking with data driven communications

  • Strong conceptual and creative talent to translate client and business needs into persuasive graphics and content

  • Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple projects and sets of stakeholder input/feedback simultaneously

  • Excellent communication skills required to develop and maintain effective working relationships with others who may have on-going competing priorities

  • Demonstrated graphic and interface design and layout experience

  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to multitask

  • Ability to work independently; self-motivated

  • 5 years’ expert knowledge of PPT and implementing graphics and multimedia within PPT
