Job Description:

This role within the Risk Analysis and Quality Management (RAQM) team is in direct support of the Quality Management Global Information Security initiative. Direct responsibilities will include:

-Facilitation and execution of the overall quality assurance strategy and activities for the RAQM team.

-Understanding the future vision of the RAQM assessment initiative / quality assurance objectives.

-Responsible for all aspects of quality assurance within the RAQM function to ensure quality goals are consistently achieved across the program.

-Direct interaction with LOB stakeholders and BISO leads in support of the assessment process, quality assurance activities, engagement requirements, and timelines.

-Ability to work across the Policy Adherence Assessment program to ensure the RAQM assessment process is aligned to meet internal bank policy and Laws - Rules - Regulatory requirements.

-Continuous identification and execution of risk reduction processes

Previous information technology/ information security /audit experience preferred. Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, ability to multi-task, and ability to work both independently as well as part of a team are also required. Must be able to plan, execute and document activities following established processes and procedures. Three to five years’ experience in information security or commensurate information security related degree required. Ability to develop strategic and multi-generational plans. Familiarity with Factor Analysis of Risk (FAIR) a strong positive.

Required Skills

• Experience communicating and interacting with various levels of management and subject matter experts.

• Proven experience self identifying issues and working within the risk framework to create audit items and develop remediation plans.

• Ability to work independently on initiatives with little oversight. Motivated and willing to learn.

• Strong analytical skills/problem solving/conceptual thinking.

• Effective communication skills.

• Must be comfortable in delivering messages across a wide spectrum of individuals having varying degrees of technical understanding.

• Experience developing and implementing newprocesses/procedures.

• Experience working with global and/or virtual teams.
