Electrical Engineering Analyst, Senior

Key Role:

Analyze technical signals intelligence (SIGINT), including electronic intelligence (ELINT) and Financial Information System (FIS) using community tools, databases, and production systems to create, publish and disseminate reports or products in accordance with client and National Ground Intelligence Center (NGIC) reporting standards, and within classification guidelines. Conduct weekly retrievals through specific databases to identify and acquire reporting and raw data files of significant events related to priorities in directed mission areas. Maintain data file copies of specified signal sets to assure pertinent, and up-to-date information is available to all members of the ELINT analysis team. Complete serialized reports of findings per the branch production schedule, and complete combined emitter database changes, as discovered and reported for the assigned signal set. Contribute expertise, analysis and evaluation to all-source scientific and technical intelligence assessments.

Basic Qualifications:

-3+ years of experience in engineering, science or technology analysis

-Experience in analyzing technical SIGINT, including ELINT and FIS data

-Experience with the U.S. intelligence community tools, databases, and production systems to create and disseminate products, in accordance with reporting standards and classification guidelines

-Experience with updating pertinent technical SIGINT databases, including combined emitter Database completing all changes for assigned signal sets.

-Ability to complete serialized reports of findings, per established production schedules

-TS/SCI clearance

-BA or BS degree
