Computer Programming Analyst

Key Role:

Work as part of a diverse contract team supporting a DoD scientific and technical intelligence client, provide the required expertise to perform in-depth technical analysis of the capabilities and vulnerabilities of computer programs for foreign military communications and weapons systems, and author concise scientific and technical intelligence assessments in conformance with intelligence community (IC) analytic integrity standards to convey the results of the analysis to the client's DoD and IC partners and consumers. Conduct analysis on functionality and vulnerabilities of the computer programming software related to ground force military communications systems and integrated weapons systems. Coordinate analysis within the team and collaborate with multiple analytic partners across the DoD and IC.

Basic Qualifications:

-3+ years of experience with computer programming, coding, and software analysis at both the high-language and machine-language levels

-Experience with programming in C/C++, assembly languages, and Python

-Ability to analyze computer code for potentially exploitable vulnerabilities

-Ability to write programs to support software reverse engineering analysis

-Ability to use software, including Microsoft Office for word processing, developing and maintaining spreadsheets and databases, and preparing presentations

-TS/SCI clearance

-BA or BS degree

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience with all-source scientific and technical intelligence research, analysis, and production or computer programming analysis in support of DoD or US government agencies

-Experience with hardware and software integration

-Experience with software configuration management tools and methods

-Experience with other programming languages, including C#

-Experience with emulators and simulators

-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills

-MA or MS degree in CS or a related field
