Overview :

The Sr. WC ADS Technology Project Manager Portfolio Execution lead provides thought leadership on Initiative and Program planning, execution and delivery of key business capabilities to enable Wholesale Credit and Banking data team’s vision. This individual will be required to collaborate with Business partners, senior leadership, solution architects, Business and data analysts and development teams and capable of operating at multiple levels of abstraction and have the executive presence and communications skills to operate comfortably at all levels of a technology organization.

Responsibilities :

Applies technical knowledge in determining end to end design requirements for large projects involving line of business, software/hardware developers and vendors. Work closely with business partners to define strategies for technical solutions, determine requirements, and develop functional designs based on the analysis of line of business needs, objectives and existing systems infrastructure. Drives and participates in design, development and implementation of large and complex enterprise wide applications, often using new technologies. Work closely with developers and testers to ensure requirements and functional designs are translated accurately into working technical designs and that test plans and scripts serve customer needs. May manage projects including responsibility for a end to end project and project budget.

Work with business partners in understanding the business needs, setting strategic direction on key programs execution, and how the work in hand fits with broader objectives of the group.

Understand basic aspects of business use cases and different types of design principles to effectively design and deliver solutions to integrate various use cases into application delivery.

Key responsibilities also include: Close partnership with senior technology delivery managers in defining strategy and execution plans, initiative planning, multiyear roadmap planning, resource strategy, budget/financial management, change governance, risks, and controls.

Required Skills:

5-10 years of professional experience in large scale program planning and execution, risk management, resource planning, financial management, change governance, and stakeholder communications.

Works under minimal supervision on enterprise wide projects requiring creative solutions. IT degree preferred or substantially equivalent experience.

Solid working knowledge of capabilities and direction of GT&O SDM Program, SDLC Automation Platform/Horizon, Test Automation and familiarity with CODE2.0 suite of tools current and target state. Proficiency with program/project management methodologies and tools in an Agile environment.

Demonstrable communications skills, both written and verbal. Should be able to effectively communicate with business partners, senior leadership, and fellow technology teams; should have mastered the art of storytelling and influencing without authority.

Workforce strategy and management experience and comfortable leveraging internal and enterprise tools and data a plus.

Sound analytical and diagnostic skills to deal with risk and issues that are not readily defined and/or conflict with available information.

Must be results oriented. Proven ability to deliver on high priority business goals. Effectively manage conflicting priorities. Experience with cross LOB / enterprise matrix teams.

Should be able to work with minimum direction from senior management and provide direction/mentoring to junior resources in the team

Other preferred skills: Microsoft Excel (basic data analysis - pivot tables, vlookups, etc), advanced PowerPoint skills

Business Domain Knowledge

Good understanding of FR Y 14Q, CCAR, Wholesale Credit and Banking business understanding, Bank Capital process and stress testing
