Bank of America Sales Transformation Executive in Charlotte, North Carolina

Job Description:

Bank of America is transforming its Consumer Bank to deliver high tech, high touch experience to its clients. Aligned to this strategy, the goal is to transform the sales experience to integrate with digital purchase behavior of the clients.

The Sales Transformation Executive will lead this transformation for the Advanced Client Solutions organization. The candidate will create the strategy to drive superior digital engagement of clients by integrating chat, voice and video capabilities and will also be responsible for executing it in partnership with other teams across the Consumer Bank. The role requires an individual with a combination of strategic thinking and detailed planning / project management skills. The ideal candidate will be a forward thinking leader with a proven track record of successfully implementing strategy. This leader will manage a team that will support the execution of the strategy.

Specific Responsibilities:

  • Develop strategy to deliver an integrated and seamless digital sales experience

  • Connect with various teams to ensure delivery of best-in-class client experience

  • Ensure follow through on key initiatives and on time delivery

  • Deliver common application across all channels and drive “digital assisted sales”

  • Develop cross channel personalization strategy and build new functionality that benefits all channels

  • Accelerate coordinated digital implementation of chat and video solutions (

  • Manage a team of employees responsible for executing strategy

  • Ensure coordination across teams on technology investments for sales

  • Leverage digital to increase use of Advanced Centers

  • Coordinate Advanced Center model implementation and improvements

  • Drive adoption of Digital/Mobile/Erica across Advanced Client Solutions

  • Point of Contact for Digital First and Out of Footprint Model

  • Develop consolidated and enhanced metrics and reporting

Job Requirements:

  • 5+ years of work experience in the digital space leading strategy, product management, or related functions

  • Strategic thinker along with solid execution skills

  • Experience with design and successful implementation of strategy & planning in large scale businesses

  • Strong understanding of technology and digitization and how it will continue to transform the banking landscape

  • Strong organizational, influence and communication skills

  • 5+ years of experience managing a team of employees
