Bank of America Risk Management - Business Strategy & Initiative Mgr in Charlotte, North Carolina
The selected candidate will have responsibility to help drive out consistent processes across all the Risk disciplines in support of various Enterprise Programs. The candidate will be required to help evaluate enterprise wide risk with a responsibility to recommend standards and guidelines on how to mitigate the risk. In addition, the candidate will be required to influence peers across Global Risk Management ensuring an integrated approach to solving problems. The candidate will also be on point to help drive out consistency in reporting in order to allow Executives to make recommendations and decisions that impact Global Risk.
The candidate will also be on point to help resolve outstanding MRA's and Audit Issues impacting the Enterprise programs in GRM. Also, the candidate will be required to drive out special projects to resolution.
Knowledge of the Risk disciplines within Global Risk Management with a strong acumen to identify, connect and integrate across the org

Enterprise Role Profile
The Business Strategy and Initiative Manager acts as an objective advisor to Enterprise, LOB and/or ECF Compliance leaders. Drives execution of key strategic initiatives. Leads reporting and analytical efforts. Executes business/strategic planning process within Enterprise, LOB or ECF Compliance function. Leads the design, development, execution and continuous improvement of reporting and dashboards.
