Line of Business Role Description
Change Management (from COO, Controls and Transformation team) is accountable to ensure change is executed in compliance with Global Change Policy and establishes framework and structure for how the change is executed and managed for risks and intended business objectives. Largely serves in a supervisory and consulting capacity to ensure the people / process change is properly documented.
The Enterprise has mandated that all BAU Material Change be run in compliance with Enterprise Change standards and every LOB is required to show sustainability in the process. Role will support the various GBAM Operations ensure all changes are assessed for materiality, and any Material changes properly adhere to Enterprise Change policy.
Review and confirm materiality assessments from LOB for completeness and accuracy. Process all assessments in Changescape and keep an inventory of assessed changes using enterprise system of record for capturing and assessing materiality.
For Material projects, engage with the internal subject matter experts and project managers within the Ops functions to identify an facilitate project creation and execution.
Manage Program SharePoint tasks including but not limited to updating InfoPath Form, pulling reports, troubleshooting/fixing issues.
Support Program Manager in continued education across GBAM Ops, presentation to various leaders/forums, maintenance for operating model decks, Monthly Health Check with Ops Materiality Assessment Leads
Must be a current Year Up Student
Must familiarize themselves with Changescape and Enterprise Change Policy
Must have a foundational knowledge of SharePoint.
Ability to perform a critical review of submitted assessment and escalate any questions, concerns in a timely manner.
Ability to articulate clear email responses to the COO Ops Materiality Assessment Leads.
