Job Description:

The Core Finance Data Management team is accountable for delivering all relevant services to develop and drive the data agenda for Finance. These include:

  • Administer the Finance Issue Management Process

  • Facilitate collaboration with all parties affected by issues

  • Contribute to data testing exercises, internal audits and regulatory exams

  • Lead routines to maintain appropriate issue management process performance

  • Escalate issues that need elevated management and governance

  • Ensure compliance with Enterprise Data Policy and Standards for data issue management

  • Maintain issue management procedures and evidence for compliance

Required Skills:

  • Proven expertise in issue and risk management

  • Expertise in data and reporting technologies

  • Strong leadership for driving divided organizations to common agreement

  • Build Partnerships - Influences peers, colleagues, leaders and business partners to collaborate and deliver consistent quality results.

  • Strong communications skills for articulating (written & verbal) progress of efforts
