Bank of America Client Offboarding Business Control Specialist in Charlotte, North Carolina

Job Description:

Client Offboarding maintains client and security static data for the firm across multiple platforms. Incumbent will be accountable to provide consistently high level of data reconciliation and excellent customer service. The subject matter expert position would be responsible for day to day static data maintenance activities and to support multiple businesses in various internal systems. Exception Inboxes and Queues will be monitored to ensure all errors are cleared daily.


  • Update and maintain client account static in relation to Debt, Equity, Prime Brokerage, FX and Derivatives

  • Timely response to stakeholder queries on static issues

  • Data Quality reporting

  • Ensure adherence to Transaction Reporting responsibilities

  • Liaise with other internal departments to ensure timely resolution of their issues

  • Involvement in ad hoc projects for new processes or industry initiatives

Skills Required:

  • Able to grasp complex concepts

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Products including: PowerPoint, Visio, Word, Excel

  • Knowledge of Global Banking and Markets

  • Able to manage multiple small projects/initiatives

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills

  • Executivepresence/presentationskills

  • Self-starter
