Scrum Master, Mid

Key Role:

Collect and write detailed requirements, including use cases and user stories, work with the team and client to identify associated tasks and acceptance criteria and analyze business processes, and work with project leads to implement and improve processes. Serve as an Agile lead or Scrum Master, implement Agile best practices, and support the management team in communicating with clients and stakeholders to manage expectations. Maintain a backlog of requirements and support QA and requirements validation. Meet with various stakeholders to discuss needs, provide suggestions during stakeholder interviews and requirements gathering, and provide required documentation, including LOE analysis, plans or timelines, requirements documents, test scripts, and other required documentation.

Basic Qualifications:

-3+ years of experience as the Scrum Master of a development team

-Experience with JIRA

-Experience in leading client delivery engagements and working with senior-level client management

-Experience with teaching technical teams basic Agile framework concepts

-TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph

-BS degree
