Job Description

The Oracle Developer - Senior Analyst will be part of the Formulary and Benefits team responsible for designing, developing, and deploying solutions for Benefit Builder Automation projects.

Responsible for leading small to mid-size projects to completion and with user satisfaction.

Accountable to formulate/define system scope and objectives to meet project deliverables, ensuring that established timelines and cost estimates are maintained.

•Ability to understand & learn both functional systems and business process.

•Project Owner for Business Support Requests (< 500 hours).

•Responsible for leading internal quality assurance review, post implementation support and system enhancements.

•Facilitate meetings with both technical and business audiences, often across multiple functional departments.

Required Qualifications

3+ years application development experience including the following:

3+ years Oracle Development experience

3+ years experience working in an SDLC environment

Preferred Qualifications

Experience using the PLSQL Developer or Toad software packages

Experience with writing ad-hoc scripts and stored procedures

Experience developing queries, procedures, and reports for enterprise Oracle environment

Healthcare industry experience preferred.


Verifiable Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science. Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or closely related technical field preferred.

Will accept one year of service for every year of college not attained in addition to required years of experience.
