WM Client Onboarding – Change Management
The WM Client Onboarding Change Management team is a part of the larger Business Management organization which supports the Client Onboarding Operations team. The Client Onboarding Operations organization is centrally in charge of client onboarding responsibilities in coordination with our bankers and business partners across both the Know-Your-Client (KYC) process as well as Account Opening activities.
The individual will be part of the Change Management Team that globally supports changes to the operating model, processes and technology working in a Project Management role to drive forward initiatives to help facilitate control integration and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities (includes below but not limited to)
Act as an advisor to the stakeholders on the project to achieve goals and overcome obstacles
Capture end-to-end requirements, driving to understand the core business problems thru analysis and thinking thru alternative solutions
Deliver against the strategic vision outlined for the technology platform and the global operational model
Manage the overall development and deployment of owned initiatives as well as oversight of full Release schedule
Report status updates to Senior Management, managing and influencing their expectations
Partner with Operations Risk & Control team members, Training, Operational SME’s and business partners
Effectively manage scope of projects and the expectation of project stakeholders
Proactively identify and address risks, ensuring escalation as needed
Advanced computer skills: MS Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Access, SharePoint)
Excellent time and project management skills
Able to operate independently and self-identify solutions
Ability to recognize when escalation is needed
Detail oriented and committed to consistent quality
Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including dispute resolution
Can quickly adapt to work flow variation and change

Executive presence and comfort with a Senior level audience
Product development/product owner/project management, including both development and implementation
Proven track record of medium to large scale project plan monitoring and execution, including stakeholder communications
Understanding of Risk Management principles
Capable of direct interface with Senior Management / Senior Leadership
Able to simultaneously address multiple requirements and tasks
Experienced with managing coordination across multiple organizations with varying priorities
B.S. Degree or equivalent work experience; Business or Finance is preferred
