Job Description

The Infrastructure & Transformation lead will independently manage and execute the strategy of the Implementations, Solutions and Pricing teams. This highly visible role demands frequent J.P. Morgan senior management contact in region and globally, as well as working closely with key partner groups to drive best practices and consistent delivery. The lead will also be responsible for facilitating the introduction of new activities into the Solutions, Implementations and Pricing team’s scope including, but not limited to, new products and regulatory rules. The role seeks to cultivate a continuous improvement environment through management of a process to identify and resolve root cause issues with partner groups. Central to the role is program management and oversight of the team’s agenda and transforming the way we do business through strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with partner groups to drive best practices and consistent delivery

  • Manage a process to establish and resolve root cause issues with partner groups

  • Facilitate introduction of new products/activities into the Implementation scope

  • Cultivate a continuous improvement environment

  • Lead large and complex transformation initiatives

  • Prepare management reports, contribute to and adhere to operational controls

  • Participate in ad hoc projects and business initiatives

Knowledge

  • Working knowledge of the multiple core Custody and Funds Services products

Skills

  • Excellent project management skills

  • Ability to influence and work collaboratively with multiple internal disciplines (sales, operations, technology, product management)

  • Highly structured and methodical in execution

  • Strong presentation skills

Experience

  • 5-10 Years in Financial Services particularly Securities Servicing Industry.

  • 3+ years in a project management role or commensurate experience
