JPMorgan Chase Business Analyst in Brooklyn, New York

Duties: Plan, initiate, and coordinate information technology (IT) projects. Perform business analysis, product development and delivery within document management products. Deliver and communicate with senior stakeholders from technology & business. Coordinate multiple products and project implementations simultaneously, including resourcing, requirements, design, architecture, testing, deployment and production support in various capacities through the software development lifecycle. Perform the roles of a technology product owner, business analyst, project and program manager, as assigned. Scope the deliverables of new product builds, customize vendor products, perform data migrations, application decommissioning and reuse and reengineer application components for new business purpose.

Minimum education and experience required: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Management or related field of study and five (5) years of experience in the job offered or five (5) years of experience as a Project Manager, Financial Controller or related occupation.

Skills Required: Requires 3 years of experience with the following skills: Management of structured and un-structured documents; Document taxonomies, metadata and logical data model definition; Documenting, designing and reengineering business process flows; Project lifecycle management of initiatives end to end; and Business requirement gathering and documenting in Business requirement Document. Requires 2 years of experience with the following skills: OTC Derivatives documentation and protocols (ISDA International Swaps and Derivatives); Document generation; Implementation and adaptation of Exari vendor solutions to document management process with Alfresco; Document template authoring in Exari; Using JIRA to manage defects, user stories, and releases; delivering project with traditional Waterfall SDLC; Agile / Iterative Software Development Life Cycles; Production support and request management; Writing SQL queries; Creating and managing project plans and change requests; Release management; Managing project resource planning and budgets; Document indexing; Document execution and storage; Document metadata reporting and retrieval of documents, including regulatory reports; and Financial regulation based data processing. Requires 1 year of experience in the following skills: MarkIT integration for KYC and ISDA related document exchange; Know Your Customer and Client Onboarding related document and metadata capture; Legal netting and collateral management under BASEL II capital regulations; Writing and executing on test plans; Document Red-lining and comparisons; and Document negotiation: internal/external and bilateral/multilateral.
