Lockheed Martin Space in Boulder, CO seeks an early career Subcontract Administrator to help support our mission. If you have an interest in space, come join our supply chain team and apply your subcontracts administration skills and experience to support programs at the Boulder location. You will be expected to take full responsibility and ownership of the procurement process as well as understand and effectively utilize a variety of contract types, including fixed price, labor hour, FP-LOE, CPFF and T&M. To be success full you should have a good understanding of supply chain processes.

In this role your specific duties will include:

• Procuring a variety of items from contract labor services to major hardware systems and construction projects

• Developing solutions to a variety of complex problems independently

• Leading proposal activities

• Establishing teaming agreements

• Negotiations

• Administration and closeouts

Typically has 2 - 5 years of professional experience.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience in contract administration, subcontract administration or procurement

• Experience with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Department of Defense FAR Supplement (DFARS)

• Experience preparing Request for Proposal (RFP) packages and evaluating supplier proposals

• Proficient with MS Office

• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
