We are looking for a strong performer to help drive the strategies for the Preferred Rewards program through the use of exising reporting and through the development of new reporting /analytical tools. The successful candidate will leverage analytic tools to drive strategic and tactical recommendations through complex analysis to evaluate & track program performance and identify improvement opportunities. The Associate in this role will:
Provide research-based analyses that drive strategy forward and/or validate the impact of initiatives on programperformance.
Publish Month end summary results that are shared at the top of the bank.
•Partner with Reporting teammates to develop additional tools and dashboards (and support existing ones) for
key stakeholders and tools that can be leveraged to coach field associates
•Perform ad hoc analysis as business needs arise, leveraging both quantitative and qualitative data / information
•Present ideas, help prepare slides/documents for business reviews and review with leadership teams and
Help drive organization of insights so that executive requests and partner questions can be answered quickly and
Experience working with large data sets and different data sources
Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
Excellent communication skills
Deep analytical skills
Strong curiosity and desire to learn
Past experience either on an Analytics team or as a close partner
Knowledge of BAC data sources e.g. The W,
Past experience working in a Finance role a plus
Past experience working with Financial Center data or Contact Center data a plus
Experience in channel or product strategy roles
