Responsible for custody relationship fulfillment and day-to-day account administration utilizing technical experience and knowledge. Responsible for coordinating with internal and external partners (3rd Party Investment Managers, Family Offices, CPAs, etc.) to ensure accurate, timely and efficient administration and to manage risk. Works closely with local relationship teams, risk management and compliance for adherence to all legal, regulatory, compliance, banking guidelines, procedures and delegated authorities. Partners with client service managers to provide a consistent client experience. Will involve responsibility for coaching, developing and mentoring junior custody associates. Is directly accountable for handling larger more complex custody relationships, requiring a high degree of technical expertise and knowledge.
Minimum of 2 plus years’ experience in the trust, investment or brokerage industry, preferable in client administration
Experience in working with entity governing documents (trusts, LLC’s, LP’s, etc.) & client account documents beneficial
Securities experience beneficial
Excellent interpersonal and technical skills
Demonstrated oral, written and presentation skills
Values the establishment and nurturing of long term client relationships
Ability to work in a fast-paced, mutli-task environment with minimum supervision while demonstrating teamwork and delivering client satisfaction.
Proficient in Word & Excel
BA/BS degree highly preferred OR equivalent work experience
