Verizon Wireless Wireless Real Estate Analyst in Bedminster, New Jersey
What you’ll be doing...
The job would entail collecting detailed rent and lease, budget and spending information, to model, trend and forecast. This role will work closely with the negotiators in NQNRE to strategize around a path forward to lower rent and lease through negotiations. Being able to interpret data, see trends and communicate meaningful patterns is a must. Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports.
The positions will involve research, lease/contract analysis, and payment review. Ability to summarize and communicate legal language to assist in confirming payments are being made properly and contract terms are being followed. Specific focus at the start will be on terminations and expense credits. Employee will need to obtain updates from others and be responsible for translating these and inputting them in a consistent manner into the presentation format. Employee will have access to the database of contracts and will need to learn the tools and determine which files are applicable. Employee will use a pre-determined format for summarizing the review and determinations but content, interpretation and recommendations will be determined by the Employee.
Knowledge of common real estate concepts and terminology.
Able to critically analyze legal concepts and language and to effectively communicate analysis and recommendations back to Management.
Experience with a wide variety of database and software applications. Proficient in MS Office & comfortable with Excel and common algebraic problem solving.
Familiarity with basic wireless installations (ie. antennas, ground equipment, amplifiers, etc.) helpful.
Proven working or college experience as a data analyst or business data analyst.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
Adept at queries, report writing and presenting findings.
Real Estate negotiation/leasing experience required.

Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience.
Three or more years of relevant work experience.
Even better if you have:
Experience working in real estate.
Proven track record of working with large groups or teams to implement changes resulting from financial analysis.
Demonstrated ability to assess risks accurately.
Understanding of corporate financial planning, reporting & analysis, and costing/profitability methodologies and processes.
Knowledge of common business and cost drivers, financial statement analysis, and deep-dive analysis.
Excellent communication skills and ability to focus on the details.
Financial acumen / understanding.
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite with proven focus on Excel..
Experience with SAP.
Financial analysis experience.
Financial modeling experience.
Experience with SQL
