Verizon Marketing Manager in Basking Ridge, New Jersey

What you’ll be doing...

This role will be part of the Verizon Consumer Group Segment Marketing team and will manage the marketing functions for Mobile + Home including the design, development, and lifecycle of the Mobile + Home value proposition. You will interact with multiple teams across the business in this role including Integrated Marketing, CRM, Finance, Customer Experience, Go to Market, Channel Operations, and Digital Operations.

  • Designing and executing multiple programs.

  • Creating programs designed to drive acquisition and retention of joint Verizon Wireless & Fios customers (including 5G Home when applicable).

  • Identifying market opportunity including subscriber and revenue growth potential.

  • Leveraging consumer market research and competitive analysis to develop programs to increase sales of Verizon Wireless and Fios products and services.

  • Identifying and resolve pain points to optimize the customer experience throughout sales and service flows.

  • Working with execution partners and collaborate on program operational requirements and customer journeys.

  • Designing requirements for reporting plans and ensure results accuracy.

  • Prepare/maintaining executive presentations to facilitate project approvals/reviews and updates on executional progress and status.

  • Managing the go to market process including all approvals on cross functional team communications.

You are a detailed oriented individual who is able to multi task and achieve team’s goals. You’re looking to learn and develop while contributing input to the team’s success

You’ll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Market Research, or four or more years of work experience.

  • Six or more years of relevant work experience.

  • Experience working with marketing departments including GTM, CRM and loyalty programs.

Even better if you have:

  • MBA.

  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.

  • Google Suite knowledge.

  • Strong time management and prioritization skills.

  • Ability to develop strong working relationships and engage other teams across the organization.

  • Proven ability to undertake multiple initiatives simultaneously.

  • High enthusiasm towards learning about new wireless products, devices and technology trends.
