Adecco Group Adia- Project Manager - Shared Services-Austin, Texas in Austin, Texas

The Shared Services Project Manager is responsible for successfully running Shared Services Operations for Adia including recruitment, hiring, payroll, billing, HR and worker support.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Problem solve and create world-class technology experiences

  • End-to-end service delivery operations, conceptualization, execution, delivery, and measurement for the smooth and effective running of Adia backend systems and support functions

  • Effective call center set up, budget control, product workflow and reporting, risk and issue analysis and quality assurance

  • Responsible for further development & maintenance of the Adia back office workflows

  • Thinking beyond the current workflows to explore new workflows and strategies

  • Integrating customer suggestions for the development process and finding creative ways to prototype ideas and push hard to get feedback on them

  • Providing first level support and managing second and third level support

  • Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.

MINIMUM EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

  • 5 or more years managing large teams and complex projects

  • Confident and comfortable presenting & discussing solutions with senior stakeholders

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Management or other related discipline required

  • Minimum 4 years shared service center experience required

  • Minimum 3 years management experience with a multi-site service industry business preferred

  • Ability to travel
