Facilities Manager

Key Role:

Maintain responsibility for managing the day-to-day logistics and operations of legacy IT systems and applications. Reconcile hardware parts and quantities, track the status and maintenance of parts, and troubleshoot issues. Assist clients with balancing resources, requirements, goals, and objectives. Maintain responsibility for administrative duties that support the warehouse operations, including tracking and receiving inventory, documenting and tracking information in the property management system, prioritizing daily tasks, and any other miscellaneous tasks required to support the client mission. Facilitate or participate in client meetings and conference calls. Leverage knowledge of logistics and warehouse operations.

Basic Qualifications:

-8+ years of experience with government property management

-Experience with inventory management systems

-Experience with vendor management and invoicing

-Experience with Microsoft Office

-Knowledge of government installation property

-TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph required

-HS diploma or GED

-DoD 8570 IAT Level I Certification required

Additional Qualifications:

-Knowledge of Systems Applications and Property Asset Management (SAP/AM)

-Ability to procure and retain ownership and cost for acquiring replacement equipment

-Ability to develop and deliver an initial property management plan

-Ability to provide operation and maintenance of calibration equipment

-Ability to procure maintenance spares not provided by the client

-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills for incident response documentation.
