The Art Director (Senior Manager) provides creative leadership to marketing campaigns/pursuits and proposals, ensuring the highest levels of innovation, quality, and impact in everything we deliver.
Develops, executes, and art directs advanced visual concepts, themes, and comps for high-impact deliverables and assets, including (for print: reports, POVs, photographs, whitepapers, brochures, environmental graphics, meeting documents, invitations, event collateral, discussion guides, ads, packaging, proposals, infographics, and presentations); (for digital: including wireframes, microsites, interactive exhibits, client portals, interfaces, responsive HTML pages, iBooks, ePubs, interactive PDFs and decks);(for video/motion: including storyboards, explainer animations, 3D assets, titles, composites, cinemagraphs, video executive summaries, narrative videos; conduct video/photo setups and shoots
Collaborates with content specialists to develop and execute visual concepts that support project goals with regard to function, aesthetics and meaning
Lead and manage projects, present and sell creative concepts to senior leaders
Manages compliance with corporate branding guidelines, departmental procedures and standards, internal client preferences and instructions, and mandatory solicitation requirements in order to produce the highest possible deliverables
Serves as a subject matter expert through all phases of design, development, and review; Probes to clearly understand business objectives; Consults with teams on applying advanced design and visual storytelling techniques
Lead and manage projects
Develops training for graphic designers to enhance project deliverables
Monitor effectiveness of creative assets using standard dashboards
