IT Implementation Leader, Senior

Key Role:

Leverage IT knowledge to lead, plan, and manage progressively larger and more complex programs within the military health sub-account. Apply expertise in software development, IT infrastructure, and other IT specialties to activities around shaping, capturing, and delivering increasingly technical programs. Assess the firm's strategies and capabilities and apply industry best practices and innovative solutions to further optimize growth into this segment of the market. Provide leadership in building a team of IT professionals to support this growing account. Provide thought leadership to create intellectual capital, support business development initiatives, and participate in marketing activities, including whitepapers, proposals, and capability briefings.

Basic Qualifications:

-10+ years of experience with government consulting

-3+ years of experience with projects involving the implementation and integration of a commercial off-off-the-shelf (COTS) IT solution

-Experience with directly supporting ACAT I MAIS programs-Experience in mentoring, developing, and managing highly productive leaders, working in a consulting environment, and working closely with demanding clients

-Knowledge of current and emerging technologies and how to apply them to solve client needs

-Ability to lead and run teams of at least 20 people

-Ability to align solutions with business needs, create innovative approaches to address client requirements, and build collaborative internal and external relationships

-Ability to obtain a security clearance-BA or BS degree

-Professional Training Certification, including Project Management Professional (PMP)

Additional Qualifications:-Experience with working in the military health marketplace

-Experience with health IT and multi-hospital, geographically dispersed enterprise electronic health record implementations-Ability to be a self-starter and thrive in a fast-paced environment-Possession of excellent leadership, analytical, and data management skills

-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
