Data Analytics Lead

Work you ll do

Deloitte s Analytics Team will provide data analyticssupport to the client, which provides guidance/tools to investigate &resolve workplace discrimination claims. The role will support the client inadvancing data capture, analytics, and reporting capabilities through analyzingand evaluating HR/EEO operations & process, documenting data capture/casemanagement process and reporting needs, and identifying issues and trends. Thisrole will report to the Team Lead and work with another Consultant providingdata analytics support on:

  • Definingrequirements for and developing an optimal data capture/case management tool

  • Supportingthe development, collection, analysis, and reporting of data

  • Benchmarkingperformance & processing timelines

  • Performinga gap analysis

  • Manipulatingand transforming data through databases, spreadsheets, and queries

  • Modelingand forecasting the impacts of resource enhancements & re-allocation

  • Creatingautomated reports and dashboards to measure trends in cases, and caseload processingforecast models

  • Translatingdata analysis findings and research principles into written documents

  • Supportingadvising the client on tools and techniques to improve the development,collection, analysis, and reporting of information

  • Interactingwith the clients on a regular and sustained basis, through routinecommunication and both formal/informal presentations

  • Training employeeson analytics best practices

  • Delivering solutions within each workforce domain: Branding & Acquisition; Rewards & Well-being; Performance, Learning & Career Mobility; Leadership & Teaming; Diversity & Inclusion

Required Skills:

  • Active Top Secret Clearance Required

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Economics, Mathematics, Psychology (I/O Psychology, Sociology, Information Technology, Hard Sciences with a focus on research and analysis, or other relevant field

  • 2 years of relevant consulting or industry experience

  • Experience in Excel required (expert notnecessary, but somewhat proficient)

  • Data Visualization skills

  • Experience in presentation development

  • Strong organizational/project management skills

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with SQL, VBA, Tableau, & Python (not required)

  • Analytical skills (Excel, Macros, Access, SPSS,or SAS) (not required)
