Business Analyst

Key Role:

Support the front office of a DoD agency as part of a high-performing, fast-paced team supporting multiple government clients. Perform a variety of tasks with minimal or no supervision, including liaising with key internal and external stakeholders, coordinating meetings, generating and consolidating read-ahead and briefing materials, and performing administrative tasks, such as calendar management, as needed. Comply with written and oral guidance and policies, executing independent decisions within established guidelines and performing a full range of administrative services. Create and finalize travel arrangements for multiple senior leaders, serving as a primary point of contact to initiate, modify, and resolve travel plans. Assist with travel projections.

Basic Qualifications:

-3+ years of experience in providing administrative support to senior management with at least 1+ of those years of experience in the DoD community

-Experience with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel

-Experience with providing support to senior-level government officials, including SES

-Knowledge of the Defense Travel System and the information required for processing DTS vouchers and authorizations for CONUS and OCONUS travel

-Knowledge of DoD policies and procedures

-Secret clearance

-BA or BS degree

-Ability to exhibit mature judgement when anticipating and solving problems

-Ability to be proactive, creative, and professional

-Possession of excellent time management skills demonstrated daily

-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
