Lockheed Martin Financial Analyst Associate - Archbald, PA in Archbald, Pennsylvania

Description: Performs financial/cost analysis for Production Operations, Quality, and Global Supply Chain. Selected candidate will be responsible for business operations activities including cost management, cost prevention, earned value input and analysis, and support proposal cost estimating . Candidate will prepare and analyze weekly and monthly Performance Control Reports (PCRs), Hours per Unit (HPU) charts, and manpower detail reports. Individuals will be responsible for data collection, data analysis, and data loading in various MFC tools and charts. Individuals will also be responsible for supporting the Production Operations functional departments in various internal meetings, proposal activities, and any Program Status Reviews (PSR) which may involve travel to other MFC sites.

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or related discipline.

Ability to obtain a DOD Secret Security Clearance.

Desired Skills:

Interest and/or experience working in a production environment.

Knowledge of general production and quality processes.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Cost management / estimating experience in a manufacturing environment.

Familiarity with standard time application, learning curve theory, and hours per unit or cost per unit.

Experience with Microsoft Office Suite to include Outlook, Power Point, and proficiency with Excel.

Experience using SAP.

Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, team environment.
