Architecture Strategist

Key Role:

Support a Cyber analytics organization in linking missions, goals and objectives, capabilities, data flows, and processes to the overarching directorate strategy to support the development, design, and implementation of an analytics architecture and capabilities development or deployment. Build and maintain DoD Architecture Framework 2.0 (DoDAF 2.0) models and views in accordance with client guidance. Work under the guidance and direction of the organization's leadership to help generate and update the as-is architecture and support the development of the to-be architecture.

Basic Qualifications:

-10+ years of experience with using models and simulations to provide analysis to directly support large acquisition programs, including the evaluation of trade spaces such as alternative architectures or reducing risk

-5+ years of experience with developing models and simulations to support the acquisition process or sub-elements of the process to reduce risk in major acquisition programs

-Experience with the verification, and validation of three or more models or simulations

-Experience with DoD and IC mission support tools, including sensors, data aggregation platforms and their operational uses and limitations

-Experience with network architecture or engineering

-Ability to work independently to conduct discovery and identify and collaborate with internal or external stakeholders to capture information

-TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph

-BS degree or 15+ years of experience with systems engineering or architecture

Additional Qualifications:

-Knowledge of developing analytics and architecture within widely used commercial products, including Splunk, HBSS, and Arc Sight

-Knowledge of OCO and DCO missions and data analysis
