As a team, we prepare and execute separation and integration plans, identify ideas and sources of value enhancement, as well as advice on risk mitigation and the successful change to a new operating model.
Your key responsibilities
As a Manager in OTS you will be a vital member of the team managing and executing operational focused projects. You will work on projects that span the entire lifecycle of a transaction, including due diligence where we focus on operating model structure and separation planning; carve out and integration planning to ensure a newly spun out business can stand alone and a merger quickly realize and grow anticipated synergies; post acquisition 100 day and value creation planning; ongoing performance improvement; and exit readiness planning to inform an optimal strategy for maximizing returns and ensuring the buyer is well positioned to continue to enhance value. In your role you’ll have a strong focus on finance integration.

To qualify for the role you must have
A Master degree, preferably in a quantitative discipline such as finance, mathematics, science, engineering or economics.
Deep understanding of financial and managerial accounting and managerial finance.
Experience in transformation and integration of finance function.
Management consulting experience.
Excellent analytical skills and the confidence to translate complex data into meaningful insights.
Strong project management skills and the ability to adapt quickly to new challenges and concepts.
Excellent presentation and influencing skills, and the ability to develop long-lasting relationships both internally and externally.
4-6 years of working experience related to the above.
Willingness and ability to travel.
Ideally, you’ll also have
A proven record of excellence in a mergers or acquisitions transactions role.
Experience gained within another large professional services organization.
Established networking skills in a relevant industry.
A post-graduate business qualification, such as Register Controller (RA), MBA, CFA or Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
