High Power Electromagnetic and Test and Evaluate Engineer

Key Role:

Design, develop, and implement testing methods and equipment. Plan and arrange the labor, schedules, and equipment required for testing and evaluating standard and special devices. Provide test area with parameters for sample testing and specify tests to be performed. Comply data and define changes required in testing equipment, testing procedures, manufacturing processes, or new testing requirements.

Basic Qualifications:

-Experience in defining or leading Developmental Test & Evaluation (DT&E) activities

-Knowledge of experimental techniques and test optimizations for limited sample sizes

-Ability to work in a professional environment

-Ability to work in military-oriented environment

-Ability to be responsive to client’s needs in a timely manner, including develop work products tasks

-Active Secret clearance

-BS in Science, Technology or Engineering or Mathematics (STEM)

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience with high power electromagnetics, high power radio frequency or radar systems, preferred

-Experience with Operational Test & Evaluation, preferred

-Experience with test & evaluation software, including R or equivalent is a plus

-Knowledge of Bayesian or Markovian based analysis techniques is a plus

-Knowledge of field, live-fire test requirements/operations, preferred

-knowledge Laboratory test operation knowledge is a plus

-Ability to draft and coordinate test and safety plans, preferred

-Ability to lead and coordinate field test operations, preferred

-Defense Acquisition University Level 1 T&E Certification

-DAU Level 2 T&E Certification ​
