Wells Fargo Business Systems Consultant 5 - DBSmart Support Team in Winston Salem, North Carolina27115

The System, Tools, and Utilities (STU) team is seeking a Business Systems Consultant to join the DBSmart Tier 1 Support team. The primary function of this role is to facilitate the onboarding of new database assets into the DBSmart inventory system as required by the ITAM TOM standards. The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:

  • Acting as the primary point of contact for new users during the DBSmart onboarding process.

  • Assisting Systems Support Analysts in investigating technical issues, answering questions, and escalating problems to the Tier 2 Support team.

  • Collaborating with the DBSmart development team to ensure that the data in the DBSmart Asset Management Reconciliation system is accurate.

  • Assisting the EDM Compliance and Oversight team in remediating any incomplete records in the DBSmart inventory system.

  • Facilitating the DBSmart Access Management process.

  • Updating documentation and troubleshooting procedures in the DBSmart knowledge base

Required Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of business systems analysis experience, business systems design experience, or a combination of both

  • Strong project management skills

  • Ability to interact with all levels of an organization
