The Enterprise Information Services division has an opening within the Enterprise Access Management Organization for a Business Systems Consultant 4 supporting application onboarding activities

This Business Systems Consultant 4 serves as the primary coordination and communication point for lines of business qualifying and scheduling applications for onboarding, as well as monitoring and tracking change requests against established dates and onboarding methods. This position is responsible for providing guidance and direction on migration-related processes and educational materials. Position facilitates resolution of issues and improves processes by collaborating with stakeholders and subject matter experts.

The candidate selected would be an IAM On-boarding process SME while maintaining a constant relationship to the line of businesses they support.

Key Functions

  • Conduct asset qualification review sessions to determine onboarding feasibility

  • Schedule asset onboarding based on qualification outcome

  • Process, monitor, and track change requests against established onboarding plans

  • Influence LOB migration planning and execution by bringing to bear his or her own experience with IAM onboarding methodologies and through collaboration with other subject matter experts

  • Monitor LOB task completion and support progress reporting to the program.

  • Provide feedback on the IAM solution and the onboarding process in support of continuous improvement

  • Coordinate with program resources to respond to questions and resolve issues

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with advanced level of presentation skills with wide variety of audiences

  • Exceptional customer service skills with internal and external partners

  • Ability to problem solve and research complex issues

  • Great organizational, prioritization and follow-up skills

  • Demonstrated experience establishing and maintaining effective working relationships

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of business systems analysis experience, business systems design experience, or a combination of both

  • 1+ year of IAM (Identity and Access Management) experience

  • Knowledge and understanding of information security industry standards and government regulations

  • Ability to provide strong customer service while actively listening and responding in an appropriate manner

  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy

  • Ability to present complex material in a digestible, consumable manner to all levels of management

  • Ability to execute in a fast paced, high demand, environment while balancing multiple priorities

  • Experience working in a large enterprise environment

  • Financial services experience

  • Ability to coordinate completion of multiple tasks and meet aggressive time frames

  • Ability to coordinate processes or projects and compile documentation

  • Ability to take initiative and work independently with minimal supervision in a structured environment

  • Ability to work in a fast paced deadline driven environment

  • Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Access, and Project) skills

  • Strong presentation skills

  • A BS/BA degree or higher in science or technology
